The location of this hotel was great, as it was in a central area with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the decor of the lobby and the main dining area was very attractive and welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful as well.
Despite the central location, our room was very noisy due to street noise and the sound of other guests. the room and bathroom were not well-maintained and lacked basic amenities like clean towels and functional air conditioning.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. It's literally within short walking distance to mina el eden. An a king size bed was a bonus. The hotel is in the historic district.

The rooms are clean and neat with everything in the bathroom functioning properly, and the hotel provides purified water and secure inside parking. Excellent service is provided by the front desk, bellmen, and restaurant servers, with an excellent breakfast restaurant open at 7am.
Some guests reported noise issues from other guests that can make it difficult to sleep at night.
